  • Phase one

    (2017-2020 years.)

    It is planned to build a bypass road of the village of Verh-Tula with two- level interchanges at the entrance and exit from the village of Verkhnyaya Tula, the construction of a bridge over the Verkhnyaya Tula river, as well as a Parking area for transit heavy vehicles.

  • Second stage

    (2020-2023 years.)

    It provides for the construction of a road section from the village of Verh-Tula to the village of Yarkovo.

  • Third stage

    (2023-2025 years.)

    construction of a road section from the border of Novosibirsk to the village of Verh-Tula with a two-level interchange at the exit from Novosibirsk.

Electrosupply

Existing power line 10 kV from power line 10 kV F2 PS 35 kV «Verh-Tula».
Two existing power lines-10 kV from power lines-10 kV F7 PS 35 kV «Verh-Tula».
The design of the 110 kV «Bay» substation with a transformer capacity of 80 MVA is underway , with the construction of 110 kV power lines . the Estimated construction time of the substation and power lines is 2020-2022.

Gas supply

Technical conditions for the maximum hourly flow rate of 4 046.1 cubic meters/h (high pressure)

The design of a high-pressure gas distribution network extending 8 030 m from its own existing high-pressure gas pipeline, cadastral number 54:19:060102:2784.

Commissioning of the first gas distribution network start-up complex - 2020.

Final commissioning of the gas distribution network - 2021.

Water disposal

The technical conditions of the municipal unitary enterprise of Novosibirsk «Gorvodokanal» for the discharge of waste water 5 000 cubic meters/day were obtained. The main sewer collector is being designed in accordance with the received SPECIFICATIONS with a connection point on Petukhov street, Novosibirsk.

The term of commissioning of the sewer collector is 2021.

Water supply

The technical conditions of the municipal unitary enterprise of Novosibirsk «Gorvodokanal» for connection to the centralized water supply system of Novosibirsk with a connection point on Petukhov street with a maximum volume of water consumption of 2 500 cubic meters/day were obtained. It is possible to set up local water intake structures
